The Odyssey Jeopardy Review Game
One way I practiced this standard in my student teaching was through the implementation of game-based learning. This activity was fun and engaging for students and helped them prepare for their final test on The Odyssey.
Modeling with Practice Activities
During my unit on prepositions with 9th graders, we used practice activities after each lesson. Before students completed their activities, I modeled the first example for them. These practices were helpful in parts because it allowed the students to focus on one specific type of preposition at a time. I would have students turn their activities in so I could track their understanding of the material.
